Barbie Pink Kitchen Cornwall

Summer 2023

We hope you enjoyed the summer in May and managed to have a few 'barbie-ques'.

Since the wet weather begun, you may have watched the Barbie film on the big screen? We did, and it reminded us of this pink kitchen we designed and made for a special client of ours.

Apart from watching Barbie, we have been busy creating some wonderful new kitchens for our clients that we would like to share these with you.

Blockhouse Kitchen, Scilly Isles

We completed our kitchen on the Scilly Isles in March, and are really happy with the finished look. The rough sawn solid oak door and drawer fronts look great along side the copper lined inglenooks. The view from this kitchen is simply stunning, the ocean was quite a distraction for our team who are all keen surfers.

Arts Crafts Kitchen Cornwall

We had the pleasure to go back to professionally photograph this stunning arts and crafts kitchen we designed. The kitchen features an off-white cast-in-situ peninsula with seamless waterfall ends. A portfolio of photos are now featured on our website.

Water Tower Curved Concrete Worktop

We had the gratification of working to create a curved cast-in-situ concrete worktops for this very special converted Water Tower. This project was highly complex and satisfying to work on. The cabinetry details were all hand-painted.

Bespoke Brass Sink

Contemporary Oak Cabinets

Our most recently completed kitchen was in a beautiful listed period property. Our clients wanted a modern feel to the kitchen, whilst complementing their house. We designed these beautiful bespoke hidden handles for their oak doors, which were finished in solid brass. The worktops were thin and sat beneath handmade patinated brass backsplashes to compliment the brass sink.

We are taking annual leave and the office is shutting up shop from the 14th of July, but will be back with full kitchen action from Monday 21st of August. Arnold will be taking his converted 1973 Commer Horse Lorry on its first big road trip to East Sussex with his children.

With love from,

Arnold and the team at Arnold's Kitchens
